, i was talking with people in annapolis while a big storm complex was diving out of the city and howard county and around annapolis. they got a light rain by the naval academy, but heavy stuff just by cape st. clair and edgewood and beyond. this clearing sky was before the full moon which officially occurs tonight. annapolis and edgewater down to 68 this morning. same glen burnie. 65 towson a boomer came through here as well and looking at 64 with dry air. and light wind in westminster. overall looking at really nice weather for today. sunshine will take us all the way through. we will get back close to 70. by 8, we will push 85 as the two degree guaranteed high. let's talk about the traffic with tonya. >> reporter: we are doing okay 97 northbound harrisburg expressway no problems to report there either. let's look at jones fall expressway at northern parkway. no incidents to report. a lot more people heading southbound to the right of the screen. but just a little bit of volume as we speak right now. on east monument at bradford, we have fire activity. so look out for emergency

through the night. thank you, pierre thomas. >>> and, we turn now to the big crisis for america's economy, the debt debt line, just days away. we have been tracking the developments hour by hour and tonight, at last, some news on one of the plans. abc's jon karl is on capitol hill with that. jon? >> reporter: diane, there is some real drama going on right now here in the house. they were supposed to be voting on john boehner's deabt ceiling bill. that is delayed. john boehner's office is right down there, and he is down there trying to get the votes he needs to pasasthis bill. he's not there yet. this is the bill that could increase the debt ceiling by about $900 billion, only about six months worth. democrats don't like that, because it would force the president to come back and go through this all over again. but what boehner is finding is that a lot of those tea party republicans don't want to vote for this. he has put his speakership on the line, saying that he cannot lead if they don't support him. so, the question now is, diane, will he get the votes to pass the republican p

between caton and washington boulevard. charley. >> thanks. >>> our big story is we brought you as breaking news at 11 last night. the ronald mcdonald house astaple of downtown baltimore was overrun with red and blue lights. >> ten people were taken to the hospital and this morning we are learning the details of this developing story. sherrie johnson joins us in the studio with a look at some of the theories and where the investigation stands now. sherrie. >> reporter: well, right now authorities are still trying to figure out what made several people very significant lft night. they were all staying at the -- very sick last night. they were all staying at the ronald mcdonald's house. they went to check for co poisoning or anything else that could be hazardous. they didn't find any signs of danger. authorities say it's too soon if it was a case of food poisoning but they are investigating. people staying at the house areaway from their homes to take care of their sick children in baltimore. once again, authorities plan to continue looking into a cause for the illnesses. sherrie joh
